Andreas Varsakopoulos Instagram – 여러분들은 비관적인 마음이 생길때 어떻게 이겨내세요? 항상 잊지말아야 할 것은 우리의 행동, 말투, 표정이 다른사람들한테 다 보여요. 저의 가장 큰 단점이 표정관리를 잘 못하는 거에요. 삐지면 사람들한테 표정으로 다 비춰져요. 그걸 알면서도 그 순간 나의 부정적인 마음을 다른 사람들이 알아줬으면 하는 마음인 것 같아요. 그 시간이 지나면 결국엔 항상 후회해요. 부정적인 마음에 갇혀서 그거 말고도 감사한 것들을 다 놓치는 것 같아서요. 감사해야할 것이 90인데 안좋은 10에만 집중한 것 같아서 되돌아 보면 그 시간이 참 아쉽게 느껴져요. – What do you guys do to change a pessimistic mindset? It’s so important to have foresight and consider how your verbal and non verbal behavior will affect you later on. One of my biggest flaws as a person is losing my temper, complaining and showing my displeasure outwardly. And it’s intentional. In that moment I want people to feel my displeasure and in a way wish them to have the same negative feelings that I am. It’s a very self destructive attitude. I always regret those moments. I try, whenever I feel those thoughts surfacing, to remeber that I have far more to be grateful for than I have to complain about. I’m extremely lucky to be where I am. Small inconveniences are nothing to the fortune that has come my way.
