A diverse set of people bring a diverse set of qualities, a diverse set of pains, a diverse set of methodologies of working… Each one of us has a purpose, we carry a particular lens, but when we reach out to people who are much different from us then the lenses get altered… And when we create a wisdom pool of such people where people from diverse lenses who see the world with different sensibilities that is when Collective Empathy is created.
