Monique Dupree Instagram – ::DISCLAIMER:: my post states that I’ve been going through something but i have my FAMILY..my husband..my children, my auntie by my side to TALK to. I don’t need to talk, I’m posting my feelings and that’s it. Thanks a bunch:: , I’ve been going through depression and anxiety to the point where I haven’t actually worked out in almost a month… I’M FINE NOW AND DON’T NEED TO REACH OUT TO ANYONE OUTSIDE MY HOME.. I had two stress related seizures a couple of months ago and I’ve been in a process of healing and realizations and such. I’m blessed to have my children and my husband by my side to help me through these times. There’s been a lot of talking, healing, bonding happening. Financial stress is some of THE worst stress you can go through, but I’m always here for them, so it’s nice to know they are here for me as well. We are a gypsy family for life. I’m so appreciative for moments I have with my family that help make life a little better. Also, self reflective and evolution is an amazing experience. I’m blessed…
