Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Gujarat Sarkar को Supreme court ने फटकार लगायी है कि उन्होंने जो hospital building के compliance के क़ानून होते हैं या नी byelaws उनका पालान नहीं किया है और ये उन्हें करने के लिए कहा जा रहा है। Justice D. Y Chandrachud और M.R Shah ने Gujarat government को उनके july 8 th notification के ऊपर अपनी राय दी। Covid hospital जो non complaint structure से काम कर रहे हैं उसके ऊपर कार्रवाही करने को कहा गया है। Solicitor General Tushar Mehta का कहना है कि covid hospital को fire safety compliant बनाया गया है Supreme Court के order के अनुसार मगर एक hospital को बंद करना building byelaws के violation पर covid के दौरान सही नहीं होगा। Justice Chandrachud ने Nasik के Zakir Hussain hospital का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि हम fire safety पर ध्यान तो दे रहे हैं परंतु हमें stadium खोलने चाहिए covid के treatment के लिए जैसे मुंबई municipal corporation कर रहा है। Public को ऐसा नहीं लगना चाहिए के illegalities को छुपाया जा रहा है covid के दौरान जो सही बात नहीं है। आशा करती हूँ कि SC Gujarat के अंदर की बाक़ी सारी illegalities के ऊपर भी ध्यान दे 🙏 #payalrohatgi
