I’ve then used @elfcosmetics HD powder Luminance to dust the face and also eye lids. Step 3. Ive layered a @rubys.organics mascara on generously on my upper and lower lashes ( and I also use it on my brows 😉) finally finished off with a coat of the beet tint of my lips .
