Serah D’Laine Instagram – Ok Wednesday, we got this! Real talk – your business won’t run itself. Well, until you automate most things, But what I mean is, YOU, you are the energy of your business. 

Nobody is gonna run you for you, you know? LoL! 
But you CAN kind of put yourself on automate when you implement healthy performance habits in your morning routine create those neural pathways to support your success. 
3 syllables – DISC-I-PLINE – discipline. Who is the part of your persona that slays this? What’s HER name?

Setting up your morning routine, totally changes how you’d run your day, even your life, in the long run.

Eat light “carb based” breakfast: First thing in the morning I start with drinking a full cup of hot water or maybe celery juice. But start with steamed yams or oatmeal. Your mind is working hard first thing, you need the fuel to burn. AND my coffee, of course. It can help improve your memory, mood concentration! But put it in a mug that makes you feel fun….like my totally new fave mug by @sweetwaterdecor

Meditate: Good for lowering stress levels, it also helps your creative thinking productivity. Use it to send our some woo-vibes to all your clients potential clients along with setting the emotional tone you want for the day. 

Move your body: I personally have never felt comfortable in my body so this is a MUST for me. Exercising before work, whether its taking a quick walk, a run, or hitting the gym can help boost your clarity for the next hours.

Daily goals: Spend at least ten minutes writing deciding your goals for the day. List down the tasks needs to be finished, which are the ones that can be done on another day, so on. Prioritize first thing in the morning!
