Just because they “can’t hear” and for some, “can’t talk,” does not make them incapable of working. There are so many qualities they posses such as being creative, a self-starter, team worker, adaptive, and many more. In fact, Deaf people work five times harder because they have to prove themselves or else. Unemployment is ridiculously high among Deaf people.
