At @offlineruniverse we are calling KID: A History of the Future “activist fiction”. When I began writing the book, I knew it wasn’t going to be good enough for some silly old Z List TV actor to just “write a book for the sake of writing a book”. But NOW! Having spent the last year inside in my pyjamas along with the rest of the world (as a result of a global pandemic combined with a devastating climate disaster) I feel it more than ever!
