Bleeding is as normal as breathing.
Periods have been an eternal and inseparable part of the women race. We pray to the goddess when she bleeds, yet menstruating women are stigmatised.
Even to this day the pharmacies wrap sanitary pads in 2- 3 layers to hide it from the world. That doesn’t stop us from bleeding, does it? It never stops to amuse me that the most common biological processes are hushed down in this society. Never too late, let’s normalize menstruation.
This campaign is something that I looked forward to and I’m proud to be a part of. #donthushmonthlies.
