Gurbani Judge Instagram – T- 2 weeks till we are scheduled to start shoot .. for the 3rd time 🤞🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼 Getting physically ready has only been more of a challenge this entire past year since every time I was in peak shape- shoot got pushed [bc of the rona- worse things are happening – I am well aware – this post is just talking about the challenges prepping for shoot in this time]. So here I am again, 2 weeks out and mentally (somehow) refreshed and ready to take it on. Training protocol is intense, we are hitting 2 sessions a day and my I’m in a calorie deficit for the first time in.. years. Lol.
