I have always listened to bits and parts of their love story from others (and them too at some drunk nights at home.. 😉) How the guy who did cheap bike thrills on ‘indu zuzuki’ swept the feet off of a college girl, How he proposed to her and how her response to it was(which i would have loved to share with you all if she allows me to) , How the two of them sneaked out to the temples and side roads to meet up, How they convinced their families with the most filmy twist that led to their wedding. I love everything(most of it😉) about them. I love how my mom repeatedly says ‘this is the first film we went to watch at a theatre together’ every time the song ‘koothambalathil vecho’ from the film Appu gets played on a TV channel. And how my dad rolls his eyes to it every time he hears it,even after 3 decades. I love how he hates the way my mom deals with certain stuff, yet shuts his mouth and put some sense to her brains in private. I love what she says after every fight they have ‘I can say anything that i want to about him on his face, but wont let anyone else say a word bad about him’ I love how they both have had their backs through thick and thin.
