If you’ve listened to my podcast, watched my YouTube channel or followed me for a while, you know that I struggled with my weight, disordered eating and self loathing for the majority of my life. My mindset and a plethora of medical issues, including an undiagnosed heart condition, kept me from ever being able to reach my goals. Therapy helped me stop the disordered eating and completely changed the way I looked at myself and my body. When I started pursuing fitness from a place of love and respect for myself and my body everything changed. With the medical issues sorted out and a brand new outlook on life I started pursuing fitness from a foundation of love for myself and excitement for what I could achieve.

Now I want to help other people who are struggling the way I was find love for themselves and a new way of looking at their bodies and fitness.
