Payal Rohatgi Instagram – भारत के अंदर आज कल दो चीज़ों को discussion हो रहा है। एक है freedom of speech और दूसरा है right to privacy। अब दोनों मुद्दों पर मैं ये कहना चाहती हूँ कि freedom of speech एक इन्सान की हो या media की वो freedom of speech का मतलब नहीं है कि आप जानबूझ के नक़ली ख़बरें फैलाये।अगर किसिकी freedom of speech से सहमति नहीं रखने का मतलब ये नहीं कि आप उस इंसान के ऊपर criminal cases डाल दें क्योंकि मेरे ऊपर criminal cases डाले गए क्यूंकि मेरी freedom of speech से कुछ लोग ना ख़ुश थे। उसी तरह से media freedom of speech की आढ में ग़लत ख़बर नहीं छाप सकती मगर वो ख़बर छाप सकती है जो सार्वजनिक तौर से सबके सामने हुई है जैसे की police ने कहा की Shilpa Shetty Raj kundra को मिलकर रो पड़ी।अब ये घटना सभी के सामने हुई है परंतु freedom of speech का मतलब ये नहीं कि आपको इस घटना की reporting पर alag alag तरीक़े का conclusion निकाल कर सामने वाले की छवि को ख़राब करे क्यूँकि Shilpa को arrest नहीं किया कोई जुर्म के लिए। Media को यह घटना जो हुई है उसे रिपोर्ट करने का हक़ है क्यूँ की ये घटना उस इंसान के साथ हुई है जिसके पति को porn मामले में arrest किया गया। Right to Privacy के ऊपर बात करते वक़्त मैं इतना कहना चाहती हूँ कि एक public व्यक्ति privacy के बहुत सारे अपने rights खो बैठता है क्योंकि उसका profession है जहाँ पर वो public के सामने professionally आता है। जब वो public ke सामने personally भी आता है तब भी वो Right to Privacy खो बैठता है क्यूँकि वो public इंसान है। परंतु उसके घर के अंदर उसके अपने निजी area के अंदर उसको Right to Privacy है और कोई भी media को हक़ नहीं है उसके घर के अंदर घुसके उसकी फोटोग्राफ खींचने का। परंतु एक public इंसान अगर बाहर निकलता है personal काम से भी तो उसकी फ़ोटो खींची जा सकती है। Pandemic के समय आम आदमी जो अपने ghar से बाहर निकलता है mask पहने बिना अगर उसकी photo खींची जाए तो वो invasion to Right to Privacy नहीं हो सकती क्योंकि वो इंसान जानबूझ के एक महामारी को फैला रहा है। कुछ लोगों को इससे भी आपत्ति है जबकि वो ख़ुद कहते हैं कि उनके घरों में करोना है यह दिखाता है कि भारत के अंदर किस तरह से अभी भी लोगों के पास basic common sense नहीं है और ये भी वो समझना नहीं चाहते कि सही मायने में Right to Privacy क्या है और Freedom of speech क्या है ??? #payalrohatgi
Payal Rohatgi Instagram – कांग्रिस के नेता की आत्महत्या की ख़बर में पढ़ रही थी और ये पढ़कर मुझे बहुत ज़्यादा दुख हुआ क्योंकि इस आदमी ने कहा है अपने audio recording में अगर ये audio recording असली है कि कैसे उसे झूठे cases में फंसाकर Akali Dal के लोग परेशान कर रहे थे कुछ सालों से। उसने यह भी कहा कि कांग्रिस की Sarkar होने के बावजूद उसकी किसी ने मदद नहीं करी और इसलिए वो ये क़दम उठा रहा था। अब इस बात में कितनी सच्चाई है ये तो छानबीन बताएगी मगर मुझे एक बात पता है कि Bharat के अंदर नक़ली cases डालने का रिवाज़ है और ये जो रिवाज़ है नक़ली cases डालने का भ्रष्टाचार को छुपाने के लिए और निजी दुश्मनी को settle करने के लिए हैं। #payalrohatgi
