Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Narayan Rane को अरेस्ट कर दिया गया और उन्हें रिहा भी कर दिया गया है bail देकर ।Narayan Rane जी कि freedom of speech पर काफ़ी चर्चा हुई।उनकी अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी के ऊपर debates हुई क्योंकि Uddhav Thackeray जी और Rahul Gandhi जी ने उसी तरह के बयान दिए थे अपने भाषणों में जहाँ पर उन्होंने दूसरे नेताओं को भी मारने पीटने की बात कही थी। परंतु उन्हें गिरफ़्तार नहीं किया गया ये देखकर दोगलापन तो दिखता है भारत की राजनीति में। परंतु Bharath के अंदर क़ानून स्पष्ट तरीक़े से लोगों के सामने रखे नहीं गए हैं चाहे वो अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी हो या IT Act इसलिए police कहीं न कहीं इसका ग़लत इस्तेमाल कर सकती है। मैं इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ कि Narayan Rane जी की अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी में एक बयान यह भी था कि उनको पता था कि कौन सी Party थी जहाँ पर Sushant Singh गए थे और उस Party में उनका खून हुआ था। उस अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी में जो बयान उन्होंने दिया वो बयान के ऊपर अभी तक कोई ओर information या कोई CBI से statement नहीं आयी इसलिए मैं उनकी अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी support नहीं करती। अगर राजनीतिक फ़ायदे ke लिए हो jaan बूझकर झूठ बोलते हैं और लोगों की भावनाओं ke साथ खेलते हैं तो उस अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी को में support नहीं करती। ये मेरी सोच है और मेरी सोच से आप को समर्थन कर सकते हैं या नहीं कर सकते परंतु इतना आक्रोश दिखाना एक बयान के ऊपर शिवसेना के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा ग़लत था क्योंकि उस maharashtra के अंदर Palghar साधुओं की भी lynching हुई और तभी आपने इतना आक्रोश नहीं दिखाया जो बोहोत निराशाजनक लगा। #payalrohatgi
Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Dr. Udit Raj की बहुत सारी बातों से मैं असहमति रखती हूँ लेकिन आज की तारीख़ में उन्होंने ऐसा tweet किया हैं जो पढ़कर मुझे अपनी सहमति देनी पड़ती है। उन्होंने ये कहा कि अगर औरत का मुँह और नाक ढकना ये ईश्वर चाहते तो वो उसे ढक कर पैदा करते हैं। परंतु ये ईश्वर ने नहीं किया और हमने किया है इस पुरुष प्रधान देश के अंदर। Taliban महिलाओं के साथ जो ग़लत कर रहा है उसके ऊपर भी उन्होंने आवाज़ उठायी है और कहा है कि ये Islam का सही रूप नहीं हो सकता। #payalrohatgi
