My priority is hanging out with friends and enjoying the afternoon. Grateful that I have friends coming over. Grateful for my loving mama and papa. Today I’m giving the world this video and hopefully it will help someone start their day well. ❤️ After a terrible breakup these three questions saved me. I wrote down the answers everyday in a journal and it helped me start my day w focus and discipline. Then once I got better I forgot about it. I want to go back to this and NOT reach for my phone the moment I wake up.
