As we approach one year since the atrocities that happened in Artsakh/Armenia, a time that many Armenians are dreading to remember. This documentary gives us a raw look at the toll to humanity that was taken while other countries were distracted with the pandemic and elections.
@emileghessen (the director) first-hand dove into the middle of an active war and captured the tragedies that happened during and after the war. I commend him for his bravery, in risking his life, and the support in the effort to capture this footage and tell the full story.
I also want to applaud @askoakopyan for being an outstanding example to the Armenian community and for wholeheartedly bringing this documentary to life. Much respect brother!
I recommend everyone watch this documentary when it comes out! It is a rollercoaster but you come out of it feeling inspired. It was executed exceptionally and really highlights that we have a lot of work to do, not just as Armenians, but as human beings. Unfortunately this issue is still unresolved.
