5 of our data centers are running on ~90% carbon-free energy, putting us on track to operate on 24/7 carbon-free energy by 2030. One of those data centers is in Mayes County, Oklahoma, which reached 90% for the first time this year thanks to new wind power projects. #EarthDay

That’s a wrap on #GoogleIO 2021! The virtual format was unlike any other IO before (and required some pretty large equipment!), but I’m glad we could share what we’ve been up to with millions of you all around the world.
