Amala Akkineni Instagram – My Stack of Books! My favourite time to read is between 6-7 am after I meditate. My mind is quiet, perfect for reading, listening to the voice and words of the writer, reflecting on the understanding and message. Writers are some of the finest minds I have met and I treasure the connection they create through their books. Books make life so much more richer, meaningful, purposeful. I am grateful to my mother – on every birthday she gifted me a book that became a part of my world. I do understand audio books are the thing now. I enjoy them too. Itā€™s like the author is actually talking to you. Would love to hear which books you are reading / listening to currently – do share šŸ™šŸ¼
Amala Akkineni Instagram – The weather turned out beautiful – a respite from the rain as the Rally of cars and animal welfare vehicles following the impressive Mercedes Truck for “Mission Rabies” started down Rd.36, through Jubilee Hills check post, right at road 45 , over the hanging bridge and on to the GHMC ground (oppositeĀ ITC Kohinoor). The participantsĀ had notĀ  seen their city look so beautiful and green! Once the truck parked, GHMC officials and Sp.Chief Secretary Mr. Arvind Kumar had a tour of the beautifullyĀ fitted mobile surgery and trainingĀ centre, before proceeding for the ceremony. @bluecrosshyd
