Andrea Russett Instagram – stumbled across this today. i wrote this in the worst of my depression. since then i’ve taken the steps to better myself in anyway i can. i’m so thankful for medication, therapy, and self awareness. it’s sad to look back on things like this and remember the pain i was in, but it’s also a moment to appreciate the growth i’ve made since then. if you’re struggling, just know you are not alone, and i know that in the thick of it you really feel like no one on planet earth could ever understand your pain. i’m sending u a big hug because i get it. i’m sorry you’re struggling but i hope you stick around. things always get better. i pinky promise. 🥺
