Payal Rohatgi Instagram – UP police का उदाहरण देते हुए मैं इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ कि राज्यों की जो police होती है क्या वो independent काम करती है या उन्हें ऊपर से ऑर्डर्स के अनुसार काम करना पड़ता है ? ये इसलिए कह रही हूँ क्योंकि हम सबने देखा कैसे maharashtra में मुंबई police ने Arnab Goswami को ज़ोर ज़बरदस्ती से गिरफ़्तार किया था दो साल पुराने बंध case पर। मुझे जिस प्रकार से गिरफ़्तार किया Ahmedabad police ने ये मुझे पता है।Amitabh Thakur की गिरफ़्तारी ज़ोर ज़बरदस्ती से हुई ये भी लोगों ने social media पर देखा। पढ़ा लिखे भारतीय नागरिकों को ज़ोर ज़बरदस्ती से police क्यों गिरफ़्तार कर रही है ? कोई भी पढ़े लिखे इंसान को police इस तरह से social media ke ज़माने में अरेस्ट करती है तो police की छवि ख़राब होती है क्योंकि पढ़ा लिखा ज़िम्मेदार इंसान को क़ानून पालन करना आता है और वो जानबूझ के क़ानून का उल्लंघन नहीं करता और अगर उसके ख़िलाफ़ कोई complaint दर्ज होती है तो उस complaint पर वो अपने वकील से सलाह करके ज़रूर police के साथ cooperate करेगा। अब Amitabh Thakur को इसलिए अरेस्ट किया गया क्योंकि उसके ख़िलाफ़ एक औरत ने complaint दर्ज करी थी 2020 में की BSP के MP Atul Rai के वो साथ मिले हुए थे और उन्होंने court ke अंदर सबूत को tamper किया था। अब सच तो समय बताएगा परंतु Amitabh Thakur FIR की copy ही माँग रहा था जो UP police ने नहीं दी। Aggressive arrest की अव्यशक्ता नहीं थी। दूसरे उदाहरण में UP police ने जारी किया है ईनाम विजय प्रजापति की गिरफ़्तारी पर कोई भी ख़बर देने वाले को। Prajapati ने १७ साल की बच्ची Kajal Singh की बेरहमी से गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी क्योंकि वो लड़की video shoot कर रही थी जहाँ पर प्रजापति उसके पिता जी को मार रहे थे पैसों के कोई मामले के कारण। video shoot करने ke कारण वो १७ साल की बच्ची को गोली मारकर उसकी हत्या कर दी। ये Vijay प्रजापति को aggressively अरेस्ट करना बनता है क्योंकि उसने सबके सामने गोली मारी और वो भाग गया। Amitabh Thakur के जुर्म को court में साबित करना होगा और वो भाग नहीं रहे थे। यह सब इसलिए कह रही हूँ क्यूँकि police के इस बर्ताव से Yogi Adityanath जी की छवि ख़राब होती है 🙏 #payalrohatgi
