Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Bilaspur High court का verdict की एक पति एक पत्नी के साथ ज़बरन शारीरिक संबंध कर सकता है ये verdict काफ़ी निराशाजनक लगा। मुझे मगर लोगों से कहना है कि इस verdict के ऊपर राजनीति नहीं करनी चाहिए। अगर आप ये कहेंगे की कांग्रिस सरकार के दबाव में Bilaspur High Court ने ये verdict दिया तो आप ये कह रहे हैं कि Bharat के courts सरकारों द्वारा चलाए जाते हैं जो लोकतंत्र में ग़लत है।कुछ लोग Bilaspur High court के इस बयान पर ऐसे ही राजनीतिक करने का सोच रहे हैं इसलिए मैंने यह व्यत किया। दूसरी ओर इतना क्या है Tapsee और Swara दोनों liberal क़ौम का चेहरा है। उसमें से Tapsee की सोच मुझे इस मुद्दे पर सही लगी परंतु Swara की सोच कि जौहर करना ग़लत और बलात्कार मुगलों द्वारा सहेन करना सही वो मुझे ग़लत लगी। जिस समय मुग़लों ने Bharat के ऊपर आक्रमण किया तब court नहीं हुआ करते थे जहाँ पर औरत जाकर अपने बलात्कार के ऊपर शिकायत कर न्याय माँगे इसलिए Bharat की महिला को उस समय जो सही लगा वो उसने किया अपने आत्म सम्मान को बचाने के लिए।आज की तारीख़ में न्यायालय है Bharat के अंदर और अगर उस न्यायालय में एक महिला को बलात्कार के ख़िलाफ़ न्याय नहीं मिलता तो बोहोत ज़्यादा निराशाजनक बात है। बलात्कार पति करे या मुग़ल, बलात्कार बलात्कार होता है और उसके ख़िलाफ़ mahila को न्याय मिलना चाहिए। #payalrohatgi
