Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Delhi Police काफ़ी चर्चा में थी पिछली बार जब CAA आंदोलन के नाम पर delhi को जलाया गया। Delhi Police के योगदान को हम सब अहमियत देते हैं जो उन्होंने दिया इन दंगों में delhi को बचाने लिए। अब बात करते हैं की शायद गलती भी हो सकती है कभी delhi police से कुछ गिरफ़्तारी में। उन्होंने Umar Khalid को गिरफ़्तार किया मगर khalid के वकील कह रहे हैं कि जिस video के आधार पर उनकी गिरफ़्तारी हुई वो video पूरा video नहीं है।Delhi Police का कहना है कि उन्होंने ही वो video Republic TV और News18 से लिया, channel का कहना है कि उन्होंने ये video BJP कि IT cell के head के account से लिया और उनके कोई भी पत्रकार मौजूद नहीं थे जब khalid ने ये भाषण दिया जिसका video shoot करके circulate किया गया है। अब अगर ये बात सच है तो ग़लत हुआ है Umar Khalid के साथ क्योंकि वो एक साल से jail में हैं। Delhi Police का यह भी कहना है कि 2016 में भी Umar Khalid को sedition के charges पर गिरफ़्तार किया गया और तब उन्होंने ‘Bharat Tere Tukde Honge’ यह कहा था जबकि chargesheet में ऐसा नहीं है। सच तो मुझे नहीं पता नहीं परंतु इतना ही कहना है कि अगर किसी ने ग़लत किया है तो उसे सजा मिले मगर कोई बेगुनाह को edited और नक़ली videos के कारण सज़ा नहीं मिलनी चाहिए क्यूँकि वो मुस्लिम है। वो सबसे पहले भारतीय नागरिक है और ये बात को मद्देनज़र रखते हुए मुझे सिर्फ़ इतना ही कहना है क़ानून की आँख पर पट्टी है मगर आपके और मेरे आँखों पर पट्टी नहीं है । सच का साथ दीजिए और झूट के ख़िलाफ़ आवाज़ उठायी है 🙏 #payalrohatgi
