Dylan Sprayberry Instagram – We can spend our lives pulling ourselves through it. Dragging ourselves along. Prisoners to our own narrow perspectives. Being weighed down by our bad karma. Starts to feel like the blood that once ran hot has turned to stone. Body heavy, Heart numb and calloused from all the pain trapped inside. It can be the hardest thing to do. To open the mind, to see things another way. To open our hearts seems terrifying, once we’ve had it broken before. Life will always have its obstacles. Life will always have its tragedies. Everything in balance. Good to bad. Up to down. We need both sides of the coin to see the difference. To have enough friction to cause an experience. If we can try not to let our past, our hurt and our fear based minds make the decisions. Life will start to feel a little less like we must be hardened and heavy in our ways. We start to see some more options arise. The possibility of all kinds of opportunities reside in the land of uncertainty. The chance to see what life has to offer is there for all of us. We just have to open ourselves up to it. Opening up can be like removing ourselves from a concrete casing. Detaching from an identity so set it seemed there was only that one way.
