Christina Marie Karis Instagram – All I wanted to do yesterday was swim..in October! The water was cold but I needed the refreshing. After such a challenging summer, I’m committed to showing up as best I can every day in every way. Feeling the cold on my body woke me up, reminded me that I’m ALIVE. HERE. I literally cried from the awareness that through everything, God kept me. I’m still here!!!! A couple takeaways I wanted to share—-
1. EVERY day above ground is a blessing.
2. EVERY breath in our body is a blessing.
3. EVERY opportunity we have to love and be loved is a blessing.
4. LIFE is a miraculous gift from God, the creator of the entire universe.
5. I show my appreciation for this gift by showing up for my life.
