Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Aryan Khan की bail hearing से ये पता चला है कि किस प्रकार से कुछ public figures ke साथ कुछ अलग बर्ताव शायद किया गया हो जैसे कि Bharti Singh जो एक television comedian है। उनको और उनके पति को NCB ने गिरफ़्तार किया था परन्तु उनको magistrate court ने bail दे दी थी।वो magistrate court जो अब Aryan Khan को bail देने से इसलिए मना कर रही थीं कि वो उसकी jurisdiction में नहीं आता। जैसे मैंने आपसे कहा क़ानून के बारे में लोगों को कम पता होता है जो लोग या तो बोहोत अमीर होते हैं या बहुत ग़रीब होते हैं या उनको क़ानून से डर लगता है तो ग़लत काम करना सोच भी नहीं सकते। ममता बैनर्जी का भी कोई बयान नहीं आया शाहरुख़ ख़ान के बेटे की गिरफ़्तारी पर और इसके ऊपर अटैक किया कांग्रेस के कोई नेता ने।मैं तो सिर्फ़ इतना कहना चाहती हूँ कि क़ानून समान होना चाहिए, अमीर/ग़रीब सबके लिए। अदानी पोर्ट से जो ड्रग्स बरामद हुए उसके बाद कौन कौन से ओर drug dealers को पकड़ा है वहाँ की लोकल body ने उसके ऊपर इन्फ़ॉर्मेशन नहीं है public platform पर। Aryan Khan के वकील का कहना है कि उनको party पर बुलाने वाले Pratik Gaba को अभी तक गिरफ़्तार नहीं किया गया था। Aryan के पास ड्रग्ज़ बरामद नहीं हुए थे और वो कोई Internationaldrug trafficking का हिस्सा नहीं है। अब मैं यह भी कहना चाहती हूँ की Asaram Bapu जी की bail भी आज तक नहीं हुई है जो बहुत सालो से जेल में हैं।Public platforms पर speculations हैं कि उन्हें झूठे case में फँसाया गया है। मैं तो इतना कहूँगी कि उनकी उम्र के अनुसार उन्हें bail मिलनी चाहिए क्यूँकि बहुत सारे ओर लोग हो POSCO act द्वारा गिरफ़्तार हुए उन्हें bail मिली है। क़ानून बराबर होना चाहिए । #payalrohatgi
