Payal Rohatgi Instagram – हम सब को पता है कि Aryan Khan को jail हो गई है। इसके बारे में तो हम सब को इंफॉर्मेशन है परंतु अब उनके वकील का जो कहना है उसको सुनकर लगता है कि शायद उनको ज़्यादा target इसलिए किया जा रहा है क्योंकि वो Shahrukh Khan के बेटे हैं। उनके ऊपर से ही drugs नहीं मिला था जब वो गिरफ़्तार हुए थे । उनके phone को भी examine किया गया, उनका medical test भी किया गया, उनके WhatsApp chats पर शायद कोई सबूत था जो इस case को मज़बूत बनाता है ऐसा हमने पड़ा है। परंतु magistrate का कहना है उनके vakil को उनके client की दलीलें में वो खुद police custody की बात कह रहे हैं bail के साथ साथ। Maneshinde का कहना है कि Aryan बेगुनाह है और जब वो विदेश गए थे तब वो drug trafficking में involved नहीं थे। अब इस case ke ऊपर जितनी जानकारी public platform पर है उसे पढ़कर मैं सिर्फ़ इतना ही कह सकती हूँ कि Bharat के अंदर drugs का इस्तेमाल होता है, bollywood ke अंदर drugs का इस्तेमाल होता है। हमें drugs से अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखनी है परंतु इस लड़ाई को सच्चाई से लड़नी चाहिए। Pocso act हो या IT act या फिर NDPS act यह क़ानून का गौर इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए hidden agende का प्रचार करने के लिए। अगर Aryan Khan, SRK के बेटे नहीं होते तो इतनी curiosity नहीं होती उनके arrest के साथ। #payalrohatgi
Payal Rohatgi Instagram – I don’t want to comment on Farmers death and BJP workers death in #lakhimpur as I don’t have full information but whether it is UP cops or Gujarat cops you all respected government officials need to show LEGAL PAPERS : WARRANT before arresting anyone or putting them in police jeeps 🙏 If police DOESNT go the legal way when interacting with educated Indians then I have nothing to say to the system that controls them 🙏 After CAA law was passed the government asked for KAGAAZ from its citizens, now the citizens asks for KAGAAZ from police force.
