Payal Rohatgi Instagram – मैंने Pegasus software के ऊपर बहुत बातचीत करी थी कि कैसे यह software अगर भारतीय नागरिको के ऊपर निगरानी रखने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है तो ये ग़लत है क्योंकि ये Right To Privacy को invade करता है। अब इसके ऊपर सरकार ने कहा है कि ये इस software के ऊपर जानकारी public domain में वो नहीं दे सकते।उन्होंने एक limited affidavit file किया था जिसमें उन्होंने कहा है कि वो independent domain experts का एक committee बना सकते हैं जो इस software के इस्तेमाल के ऊपर तहक़ीक़ात करे और जिन लोगों ने petition file करी है Supreme Court में ये software के ख़िलाफ़ उन सब की दलीलें सुनकर उन सब पर सही जवाब दे और फिर वो जवाब court ke सामने पेश करे।

मेरा यह कहना है कि ये independent domain experts की committee Supreme Court को बनानी चाहिए ना कि सरकार को और में जो भी लोग select किए जाते हैं इस committee में वो लोगों की राजनीतिक सोच भाजपा से मिलती जुलती हो ये criteria नहीं होना चाहिए select करने के लिए। तभी जाके opposition के सवालों का सही जवाब मिलेगा और Pegasus software के ऊपर सही जानकारी मिलेगी SC को और आम आदमी को ।
