Payal Rohatgi Instagram – अब मैं आपके साथ बात करना चाहती हूँ कि कैसे society बनने के बाद पहले society की managing committee को सारे flat owners को member बनाना चाहिए society का और share certificate issue करना चाहिए।परन्तु जो कागजाद मुझे मिले registrar office से वो काग़ज़ात gujarati में हैं और उन्हें translate करने के लिए मुझे पैसे देने पड़ेंगे एक translator को क्योंकि मुझे office ने translate करके नहीं दिये और society की ये duty थी मगर उन्होंने जब हमें बताना ही नहीं सही समझा के उन्होंने किस कानूनों के आधार पर ये society की registration करी , translation तो दूर कि बात है। तो मैं सिर्फ़ इतना कहना चाहती हूँ कि हम jo Gujarat में रह कर bade हुए हैं उन्हें gujarati आती है परंतु काफ़ी वर्षों से gujarati bhaasha का इस्तेमाल नहीं करने की vajah से अब बहुत मुश्किल होगाबीस page जिसका ट्रांसलेशन करना और सही बात को समझना क्योंकि जब तक आप bhaasha को नहीं समझेंगे तो तब तक आप apna point of view कैसे रख पाएंगे किसी भी मुद्दे में magar society ke कोई member को लगा कि मैं gujarati bhaasha का dress रेस्पेक्ट कर रही हूँ jo बोहोत ज़्यादा हस्यजनक था क्योंकि वो आदमी शायद पढ़ा लिखा Doctor था 🤣 दूसरी ओर एक member ने मेरे पिताजी के प्रयास को copyराइट violation act का नाम दे दिया जब उन्होंने bye-laws के ऊपर जो gujarati में sample किताब थी उसकी फोटोग्राफ society के WhatsApp group में डाली। मतलब कहाँ से आते हैं ये लोग 😜 कौन से school में पढ़े हैं ??? इन्हें इतना भी नहीं पता कि एक किताब का cover share करना कैसे copyright violation act के लिए qualify हो सकता है ??? इतना तो WhatsApp university के passout को भी समझ पड़ता है 😜 Society ने हमसे जो एक लाख ४० हज़ार का cheque लिया है उसके आधार पर registered bye-laws की translation करना उनकी ज़िम्मेदारी है, share certificate देना भी उनकी ज़िम्मेदारी है परंतु सही बात करने पर वो इल्ज़ाम लगाते हैं मुझ पर कि मैं अपने पिता जी का phone ग़ैर क़ानूनी तरीक़े से इस्तेमाल कर रही हूँ WhatsApp message डाल कर उनके phone से ।तो मैं उन्हें इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ कि मैं मेरे पिताजी की बेटी हूँ और हमारे घर में gender equality है। मैं बड़ी हूँ तो मैं पिताजी के bank accounts में signatory भी हूँ तो email और phone तो देख ही सकती हूँ । #payalrohatgi #sundervanepitome #byelaws
