Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Aryan Khan मुद्दे के ऊपर बहुत चर्चा हो रही है बोहोत revelations public के सामने आए हैं जहाँ पर एक witness ने एफिडेविट में कहा है कि कैसे उसने अपनी आँखों से Shahrukh Khan के manager और कुछ लोगों को एक गाड़ी में बैठते हुए देखा और सुना कि कैसे 8 करोड़ रुपये Sameer Wankhede दिए जाएंगे जहाँ पर Gosavi कुल 25 करोड़ की माँग कर रहे थे किसी के साथ बात करके Aryan Khan की रिहाई के लिए। अब ये witness की कहानी में कितनी सच्चाई है और कितना झूट ये तो समय बताएगा मगर इतना ही कहना है कि सब बयानों के ऊपर CCTV footage का सुबूत होना चाहिए क्योंकि ऐसे ही आप किसी का नाम बदनाम नहीं कर सकते और ऐसे ही आप कोई इल्ज़ाम को छुप्पा नहीं सकते । सब allegations पर तहक़ीक़ात होनी चाहिए जो Sameer Wankhede के ऊपर ये witness ने लगाए और Nawab Malik ने लगाये है।

मगर Nawab Malik ने जो birth certificate के काग़ज़ात share कर रहे थे Sameer Wankhede के वो कागज़ कहा जा रहा है कि FORGED कागज़ है। अगर ऐसा है तो Nawab Malik को भी सजा मिलनी चाहिए forged काग़ज़ात share करके case की तहक़ीक़ात को बहकाने के लिए और धर्म को बीच में लाकर मामले को दबाने के लिए।

मगर ये सब में मैं सिर्फ़ इतना ही कहना है कि मैं Sameer Wankhede का सहयोग करती हूँ जब वो Bharat से drugs को निकालने का प्रयास करते हैं परंतु सभी को अपनी बात रखने का हक़ है Bharat के अंदर और सारे allegations की तहक़ीक़ात हो जो उनके ख़िलाफ़ रखे गए हैं साथ साथ में court को अपनी hearings public करनी चाहिए और सभी लोगों को ख़ुद अपनी आँखों से देखना चाहिए कि कैसे वकील case लड़ते हैं, दलीलें रखते हैं और अपने client को बचाने का प्रयास करते हैं या ख़ुद अपने client को फँसा देते हैं। ये एक bollywood की picture नहीं है यहाँ पर लोगों की ज़िंदगियाँ दाँव पर लगी है चाहे कोई आम आदमी हो या superstar का लड़का। #payalrohatgi

Because I do believe that citizens are entitled to know what goes on in the courts, they are entitled to know why cases are adjourned, whether judges sit from morning to evening in deciding cases. It is the basic right of the citizens to know”, told Justice DY Chandrachud on Saturday.
