Payal Rohatgi Instagram – SC/ST act बनाए गए थे उन भारतीय लोगों को समान मौक़ा देने के लिए जिन को वर्षों से प्रताड़ित किया गया था उनके उनके जाति के आधार पर। परंतु 70 साल कि स्वतंत्रता के बाद भी अगर आज भी उस वर्ग के लोगों को समानता नहीं मिली है तो कहीं न कहीं कुछ न कुछ ग़लत है और अगर इस क़ानून का ग़लत इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है सुर्ख़ीयों में आने के लिए celebrities को target करके वो वो ग़लत है। सेलिब्रिटीज़ या शहरों में पले बड़े लोग जो होते हैं उनको कभी कबार कुछ शब्दों का सही भाव नहीं पता होता और उन शब्दों का भाषा में दुरुपयोग हो जाता है। परंतु उनकी अगर मंशा किसी के साथ ग़लत करने की नहीं है तो उनकी माफ़ी को स्वीकार करना चाहिए। हाल में ही Yuvraj Singh जो एक cricketer है और एक अभिनेत्री को इस act द्वारा गिरफ़्तार किया गया जबकि उन्होंने माफ़ी भी माँग ली थी। मेरा ये मानना है कि इस क़ानून को reform करना चाहिए क्योंकि सही मायने में जिन लोगों को इस क़ानून द्वारा मदद की आवश्यकता है उन्हें वो सुरक्षा नहीं मिलती और कुछ लोग इसका ग़लत इस्तेमाल करते हैं news में आने के लिए🙏
