A giant herd of 100+ elephants has arrived in Green Park to share their @coexistence.story with London this summer. As a Patron of @elephantfamily and an honorary Matriarch it’s my pleasure to share this journey with you.
Within The Tea Timers herd is a wonderful baby elephant called Assam August – and it was such a pleasure to take my August to meet him 🐘

Today I went to visit the Forest for Change at Somerset House with the wonderful team at @theglobalgoals .
In the middle of this magnificent forest are the @unitednations 17 Global Goals as pillars. Today we were celebrating goal 14: Life Below Water on World Oceans Day.
I listened to some incredible people all doing remarkable things to help protect our oceans and be a force of change for them and the creatures in it.
Thank you @theglobalgoals for bringing us together to talk about the ocean and for talking to me about my new role as a @bluemarinefoundation ambassador.

I had the privilege of recording an episode for Sky Arts at Buckingham Palace in The Queens Gallery talking about the magnificent exhibition ‘Masterpieces from Buckingham Palace’ on view now until 13 February 2022.
I spoke to @katebryan_art all about what art and these artworks in particular mean to me.
Tune in tonight at 8pm on Sky Arts to see the show and go see the remarkable exhibition whilst you can. @royalcollectiontrust

This morning I visited the Askew Ward at Hammersmith and Fulham Hospital’s Mental Health Unit to see the work of @_hospitalrooms charity in practice.
@_hospitalrooms work closely with ward staff and hospital employees to bring art into spaces like the Askew Ward, to provide some much-needed light in a dark moment.
The charity works with artists who visit hospital wards to paint artworks on the walls, meet the service users and ultimately leave behind something positive for those struggling with mental health issues.
It was inspiring to meet everyone involved today. You can find out more about the amazing work of @_hospitalrooms on their page.

Wonderful to see some of the amazing @horatiosgarden on film
The charity’s beautiful, accessible gardens are specially there for people affected by spinal cord injury, something which is powerfully brought to life in the BBC film.
The charity was inspired by Horatio Chapple, a schoolboy who wanted to become a doctor and who volunteered at the Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment centre in Salisbury. It was his idea to create a garden, a stunning sanctuary which would provide patients and their loved ones with a place to enjoy benefits of nature as they faced extraordinarily difficult times together. Tragically, Horatio’s life was cut short at 17 when his camp was attacked by a polar bear whilst on an expedition to Svalbard.
In the 10 years since Horatio lost his life, his mother, Dr Olivia Chapple, has remembered his love, kindness and courage by establishing @horatiosgarden as her eldest son’s vibrant legacy, one which continues to improve people’s lives every day.
Don’t miss seeing the charity’s incredible gardens for yourself, hear some more inspirational stories and help @horatiosgarden to continue its life-changing work, by watching their film on BBC iPlayer today.
