And half of me is intricately shy,
I crave solitude,
Yet I also crave human connection,
I want to pour life and light into everything,
Yet also nurture my self care,
I want to live within the primal rush of intuitive decision,
Yet I wish to sit and contemplate.
This is the paradox of life,
We carry all the multitudes
So we must sit with the shifts,
We are beautifully complicated creatures,
And the balance comes from that understanding.
Be ok with the flow,
Surrender to it,
Be flexible,
Subtly powerful and open,
Wild and serene,
Able to carry and accept all changes,
It is enough.
