Social media and the current situation that we are all in can be very overwhelming, it might push us into thinking we are less, it makes us feel bad about ourselves, it makes us question ourselves, many bad thoughts might hit us, it will walk us somewhere dark where we feel we are stuck forever no doors or possibilities to get out from that darkness!!!! But, there is always hope and belief that can get us out of any kind of darkness, any kind of illness... I personally feel this darkness many many times, with all the bad experiences I have had in the past. Mental, physical and inner body health has become my utmost priority. I have learnt to deal with it by getting busy doing something that I love. It can be anything small or big. You can try this too, doing something that you love is how you can keep hope and belief alive, and keep yourself alive. This gives you strength and confidence to face anything that blocks your positive energy of healing.
