The lives we lead are too complicated, in fact we make it too complicated. But nothing has to be so complicated. Just do what you love, live in the moment , don’t let anything have a long lasting effect on you… happiness or sadness… as both are temporary. But peace can be permanent… find peace. Focus on your breath and be grateful you have it today , because tomorrow you might not. So breathe…. Just breathe and keep going. It’ll all be ok.
