If I had to choose one word to encompass the last 12 months and my recent trip around the sun … it would be learning. This past year has been about learning. Learning from my colleagues, learning from my peers, learning from my family, and learning from myself.

Learning translates to growing! I’m also grateful that I’ve stuck to some solid life health choices – like not drinking, eating a plant-based diet, practicing yoga, drinking 1 gallon of water/day, and prioritizing sleep.

The past year has also been about focus. Always remember, your focus becomes your reality. Where focus goes, energy flows.
