Kunal Nayyar Instagram – It was during the pandemic that I started doing a live chat every single day so we could connect and I could let you into my inner world. I felt we needed that, a little intimate connection at a time when we were so far apart. I was always afraid of allowing this space, to be honest, the internet plus fame can be a scary place. But today on mental health day, I am so proud that what started as some honesty about my life, transformed itself into an entire community of people on an inner journey. There has been no greater gift than realizing that I am not alone on this journey. It is with your grace and your acceptance that I started @buddhas.in.jeans As a platform to help people realize that “You” hold the keys to your inner freedom. And in a world that is so full of spiritual materialism- where every corner you turn someone is trying to sell you another 10 step program- I thought It would be nice to create a space where the only thing that mattered was to know who you are, and to lovingly accept you as you.
