FACT : Whether it’s for a Bodybuilding competition, or whether it’s for movies. I’ve always had to go that extra mile each time to make a physique suiting the characters I’ve played! Either ways, i have to maintain gains all through the year keeping the same mentality of a competition prep in mind which allows me to pursue with same manner of discipline and consistency as that of an Athlete!! That’s the beauty of fitness !! It makes you a discipline man, thus contributing to your success majorly!
