A crazy story told through a Fascinating and Novel Screen-Play , using Top-Notch Making , Brilliant Actors , Exquisite Cinematography , Kick-Ass Production Design , Excellent Music , Apt and Desirable Costumes , Crisp Editing and Perfection spilled over every department , while making sure that the heart of the film is at the right place , is what Kurup is , if I had to say it in a single line 🙂
I’m so glad this film managed to finally make its way to theatres , because it is nothing less than a Visual Extravaganza. Each frame is Poetry.

THE THONNAL CAKE 🍓🍰
Chocolate Swirl Cake , as we call it 😋
Right after I finished writing the basic structure of Thonnal , I started re-searching and hunting for the final cake we were to show. After days of thinking and hunting , I came across the BUNDT CAKE ( which is what this kind of cake is generally called ) and almost immediately fell in love with it and knew that this was what we wanted. So as soon as we decided on what the cake should be and how it should look , I started thinking about which Baker to work with , for executing the cake!
The first person who came to my mind was @mias.cupcakery , because I had worked with her earlier on some beautiful cakes and she came across as the perfect mix of talent and commitment. So then , sometime in July , we started our Trial and Error in getting the cake right and by August after about 2-3 trials , we nailed it ✨🍓
Thankyou @mias.cupcakery , for seeing this project as your own and for all your effort , passion and hard-work. Special thanks to your Parents , especially your Dad for being such a sport and becoming a part of our team and shoot!
