2. When you set your body clock right a lot of things fall in place including your blood glucose. Stick to designated time slots for all your meals.
3. When you begin your meal with raw food it helps satiate your hunger faster as you are taking in good amount of fiber. It also helps in immense fat loss as you are giving your body the adequate amount of carbohydrates in the form of vegetables n fruits. Carbohydrates are not your enemy.
4. In order to prevent blood glucose spikes i always allow my levels to come in the range of 90 to 100 before consuming a meal,even if it means sometimes waiting for 30 mins after injecting insulin.
5. In addition to reduced body weight, intermittent fasting can help lower cholesterol, improve glucose control, reduce liver fat and improve blood pressure.
