#UrbanWellnessClinic looked something like this.
Began with an insightful consultation with the doctors here who understood the pulse of your body ,quite literally 🤪
Followed by a relaxing detox massage. Im someone who can get quite restless but dude i conked off n how while the treatment was on. We were then given insights to how a detox actually works followed by a sumptuous dinner which was small in quantity but its how we ate it made us fuller in our hearts and tummies.
We wrappped up the day with yoga nidra which was all about relaxing out tired bodies and rejuvenating our aatmas.
So much was achieved in half a day.
Day 2 here i come
