My BBG, my bubs, my sister, my Rifat bi (as @kanwardhillon_ ) calls it, she’s all this and more to me. She’s my home away from home. My big fat happy family residing in just one human being. An anthology of my happiest memories. My safe haven ’cause in my times of need, it’s always her arms cradling me and sheltering me from all of life’s uncertainties and adversities. I’ve seen it all, I’ve seen her chase her dreams and achieve them, bit by bit, I’ve seen her grow into this focused and determined-to-rise woman who continues to stun everyone and inspire me. I’ve seen her face all of her life’s storms head-on, somehow always striking back with a stronger self and bringing it all to smooth sailing. I have seen her touch lives and become an irreplaceable part of each of them, I’ve seen her build a beautiful world for herself from scratch and out of nothing. What can I say except for the obvious that I feel beyond honoured to be a part of her journey, through which she brought many stories to life but also became a glorious one somewhere along the way.
