I remember this day so well; we got the entire set finished, our first look ready and we had everything in place. The next moment, it started pouring- so we all scrambled to pick up wardrobe and the backdrop and everything we could as quickly as possible and got inside. It was a clusterf****. 🙃
20 minutes later the sun was out again and we set it all back up…
All this to say: Sometimes it takes a cluster**** to make magic. I like to think that darkness and light are very connected. You cannot have one without the other and sometimes their closeness produces the best art.
Thank goodness we didn’t go home because these are some of my favorite photos to date.
It took extra effort and time, but I couldn’t be happier with what we created.
A small reminder that dark times lead to the brightest ones. Hang in there.
