Eliotte Woodford Instagram – Thank you @galenhooks @thegalenhooksmethod for another amazing #NightofDance . It was so great to FINALLY dance in a studio and even put on some heels. I haven’t been able to really move and dance like this (without worrying about knocking over something in the house) since before Covid, and especially not since Baby James was born.
I obviously see the mistakes when I look at this video, but I’m so grateful to my body for growing and birthing the most perfect baby boy and for being able to squat and body roll in heels lol. Time to get back to work. 💃🏾
