Kaniha Instagram – There’s so much fear around pursuing fitness Vs sudden deaths caused by cardiac issues. So many fit people in the recent past few months have suffered cardiac issues. Whether they were covid related,vaccine related or they had pre existing issues I don’t know!! As a layman I was scared too but to eliminate the fear I have decided to get a ECG checkup done.
