Payal Rohatgi Instagram – जैसे Aryan Khan Case में हमने “conscious possession” के ऊपर बातचीत सुनी उसी तरह “conscious support” पर भी बातचीत करना बहुत ज़्यादा आवश्यक है। भारतीय नागरिकता रखने वाले कुछ भारतीय मुसलमान अगर Pakistan का support करते हैं तो ये “conscious support” के ऊपर भी चर्चा होनी चाहिए। Bharat और Pakistan के बीच में कुछ दिन पहले T-20 का एक match हुआ जिसमें भारत बुरी तरह से हार गया और इस हार के बाद Pakistan के गृह मंत्री ने जो बकवास बोली वो तो सबने सुनी परंतु Bharat ke अंदर भी काफ़ी भारतीय मुसलमानों ने पटाखे फोड़े।अब इसके ऊपर 3 कश्मीर के छात्रों को UP की police ने गिरफ़्तार किया है sedition क़ानून के तहत। मैं इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ कि यह तीन छात्र जो Agra में गिरफ़्तार हुए ये PM फंड से scholarship द्वारा पढ़ रहे थे और Bharat की हार पर जश्न मना रहे थे। अब ये जो सोच थी इन छात्रों की ये सोच को समझना ज़रूरी है क्योंकि आगे जाके ऐसे छात्र शायद देश के साथ ग़द्दारी करे। हम एक स्वतंत्र देश में रहते हैं, हम एक लोकतंत्र देश में रहते हैं, हमें आज़ादी है किसी भी देश की का समर्थन करने की परंतु Pakistan और England ये दो देशों के साथ हमारा इतिहास है, Bangladesh के साथ भी हमारा इतिहास है इसलिए जब इन देशों का समर्थन कोई भारतीय मुसलमान करता भारत पर पैर रखकर तो यह ग़लत है। परंतु क्या आप उन्हें sedition क़ानून द्वारा गिरफ़्तार कर सकते हैं या नहीं ?? क्या इन कानूनों में कुछ बदलाव लाना है या नहीं ? ये तो court में फ़ैसला होगा परंतु “conscious possession” के साथ साथ “conscious support” पर भी चर्चा हो🙏 #payalrohatgi
