Yogi B Instagram – Since my teens I have watched Sar’s movies like the many thousands of Indians worldwide. On the cinema screens with live roars to the house TV with Amma-Appa, I have enjoyed his style, energy, heroism and smile. I was in Chennai this January to watch Darbar and asked Anirudh’s team if it was possible to meet meet Sar. I’ve rapped in 3 of his films but never asked to meet him previously. It was a long shot but I decided to try my luck . So blessed that Sar agreed to grant me a meeting. He walked in like your simple neighbour uncle but after he sat down he had an aura of a humble ⛰ mountain. Like a king on a throne. He thanked me for rapping on his movies and my heart was filled with a childlike joy. We spoke for a bit, about Darbar and some life experiences.
