Tom Austen Instagram – SHE WROTE A BOOK!!

Alright- I’m gonna try and keep this brief because I could never put into words how proud I am today of my mate Al.
The honesty and bravery that she has poured into every single page of this speaks for itself. She’s changing the world, changing the conversation and changing the way we understand what it is to live with a condition like T1 diabetes. Over the past few years I’ve seen her go through so many lows and so many highs on her journey to understanding life as it is now and this book and every moment in it is proof of just how far she has come, just how far she is going to go and do it every step of the way- her way.
She is my best mate, the funniest person I know and she is my absolute hero. I cannot wait for the world to hear her story. To laugh crying and cry laughing as we’ve done ever since we’ve known each other.
But don’t just take my word for it….
