Set in the 90s, Minnal Murali is an origin story of an ordinary man-turned-superhero, portrayed by Tovino Thomas (Virus, Kala, Uyare, Mayaanadhi, Kaanekkaane), who is struck by a bolt of lightning, which bestows him with special powers.
