Anjali Patil Instagram – What to do when it gets too crowded inside the mind? I spent many years running away from anxiety and depression, then studying and finding various mediation techniques.They always change for a persona with time and one needs to be aware of that. Finding everyday techniques specifically for oneself is a great tool to balance the inner and outer spaciousness. This one is my favourite, how ever it is difficult when you are under the spell of emotions. Mind is like a rabid bull which needs to be given small dosages of awareness. Find your way.
