Aparnaa Bajpai Instagram – While practicing yoga can be a stress releasing activity, however; moving from one pose to the other where you’re using your hands more often can create stress on your wrists. Specially when your daily activity or workout regime doesn’t involve movements based on transferring weight on your hands. Even simple poses like a downward dog or a plank pose can be sometimes strainful to the wrists, let alone trying hard core arm balances.
Long story short, it always helps to warm up specific body parts before you begin your class and in accordance to what you’re going to focus on, in that particular practice.
